NYJA® is Opening in Midtown Manhattan/Hudson Yards!

New York Jazz Academy® Summer Semester begins on July 1, and with it marks our official opening in Midtown Manhattan/Hudson Yards! We will be porting all group classes and ensembles, including small ensembles and our NYJA® Summer Jazz Intensives program to SMASH Studios, the iconic rehearsal spot at W. 36 Street and 8th Avenue. NYJA® has collaborated with SMASH for many years, and we are happy to move in there. SMASH is a state-of-the-art rehearsal studio that has been thriving since 1989. Newly renovated, and now with locations in NYC and Chicago, SMASH is setting the standard for rehearsal venues nationwide.
